I start new classes tonight... Another work-at-your-own-pace algebra classes. NOT looking forward to it... So I'm updating this now while I'm alone drinking coffee. God, I love this iphone!
Saw Pineapple Express this weekend. It was funny. Started reading a book, Stranger in a Strange Land. It's badass. I think I'll do more of that now!

ssshhhhhew
I'm in class now, and the internet connection sucks. I was on popcap.com playing games, but I think I've exhausted all of them. I was googling for other games sites, but oh em gee, it was loading so FREAKING slow... I decided to get on iloveim.com to talk to some people, but hardly anyone I know uses AIM anymore... I only know 3 people on MSN, and one of them is in class with me right now, so that's pointless...
Yeah, so I decided to update this loverly blog thing I have here.
Nothing new is going on around here. Still jobless. I did, however, go back to the gym today after almost a month. The last time I went was the day the perk closed. =\
It felt good. I could nearly feel my thighs deteriorating after not standing for at leas 6 hours a day. Gaw, what a long weekend I'm having =P Since I started working there almost 4 years ago, I don't think I've taking more time off than holiday weekends. =P It's getting kind of old... And even though I greatly appriciate the whole unemployment check every week... It's so not nearly enough. Thank the universe that I have such a wonderful, employed, boyfriend to help me out. =D
I'm waiting to see what my friend's job says... Apparently I'll at the least have an interview.
Stage works didn't even call me back. I had such high hopes for that place too. Oooohhh well. =\
One of my teachers suggested I do a "work study" with the school. That'll give me 8 bucks an hour... Apparently the hours are only for afternoons. That would be a nice start. I would totally rather be working full time... Right now I'll go for anything that's paying me more than unemployment is. =\ If I were working a 35 hour work week, I'd technically be making $4.25/hr right now. Ouch! But yes, much appriciated.
I'm not totally screwed right now though... True, I'm almost utterly broke after my part of the bills, but I'm not in the negative! And I have kept a little of my money for school if I need it.
Last year after fileing for financial aid, I needed to pay over $3,000 that it didn't cover... Someone passed some kind of something this January stating that students can borrow $2,000 in their own name, and since I'm passing so many credits by August 11th, I can borrow another $1,000 leaving me only needing to pay $69.05 for this year. Score! Cuz that's totally money I do NOT have right now. =\ I have to file one more time... In February.
I think it's funny that I got myself into the position to where I need to fill out for 3 years of financial aid for my 18 month school career. =P
Le sigh... We're on our 3rd break since 5:30. I just want to gooo freaking home. There's pizza there for me. Mmm, left over pizza is the best.
